These are easy to swallow, don't upset your stomach, and don't have an after taste of any kind. Value for the money is fine, considering that I could sleep in peace, got rid of an awful sour taste in my mouth, and could eat in peace. The current recommendation is to take them once daily, which I found to be ineffective. They worked best for me about 3 times daily, before a meal until I could experience results. I also consumed Kefir, and took a probiotic to help my stomach get back on track. While this isn't an "instant fix", it's very effective, is still quick, and there's less worry as compared to OTCs they may not be good for you.

Worked for the acid reflux and gerd attack I was experiencing. I previously ordered a different brand with 1000mg. This was too strong and gave me stomach pains. I ordered the Swanson brand because it had a lower dosage. I take two at dinner and the acid reflux was gone within three days. No stomach pains!! Update: Nov 23, 2025….No acid reflux since my last review in June. This stuff is amazing!! I’ve eaten tacos, salsa, enchiladas and other triggering foods and after taking two limonene pills, absolutely NO reflux. I’ve gone to bed after greasy fatty meals with Zero reflux. I also noticed that my stomach doesn’t bloat as much. Definitely give these a try.

This product really helped my heartburn but I had to stop using because I had allergic reaction to it . So sad cause I thought finally I can get off my prescribed medicine. Only reason I gave four stars.
