These are quality made connectors. Don't waste your money on a product of lesser quality. I use butt connectors in all sorts of applications and have used a number of other manufacturers connectors. These are well made and come in a nice case that you won't just throw away. Don't buy them because of the case though. Buy them because of the quality and assurance that if you crimp these correctly using the proper gauge wire, you will have a solid connection that should last for as long as you could expect a crimp to hold in the various environments you will be using them in. On top of it all, they sent a follow-up email that was actually written by someone who cares whether or not you like their product. Hence why I am taking the time to write a review. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting your precious time comparing prices and pictures of other connectors. Just add these to the cart and you'll be happy. If I remember correctly, I read a review when looking these up where a person wrote that the inside receiver is too short or shallow. That is not true. As I wrote, if you use the correct gauge wire and tool your connection will be perfect!

Konnte nichts negatives feststellen. Lässt sich mit geeigneter Krimpzange gut nutzen und mit Heißluftpistole auch gut schrumpfen. Um Schäden an der Kabelisolierung durch Hitze zu vermeiden, habe ich die Kabel um den Stoßverbinder mit Alufolie umwickelt. Hat sehr gut funktioniert.
