Not sure yet. First time I purchased a very similar backpack from this supplier. The straps ripped off the back of the bag in just months. Then my child had a different bag for school. That fell apart too! This backpack was chosen by my child again. I am hopeful that this will last until the end of this school year 🤞

Within a month the zip broke this bag is not a durable as described. I have tried to returnAmazons site doesn’t appear to facilitate this despite the description and the supposed 10 year guarantee. I would not recommend this product. I would love to hear from the seller as it’s not fit for purpose.

Bought for my husbands birthday in which he liked colour and shape. He was slightly disappointed with the small size, but was very surprised when in use as he was shocked at how much room it actually holds.

Awful rough material. Too late to return for a refund or I would.Not fit for purpose. The material is so rough it caused extensive chaffing and made one should bleed from the shoulder straps.

Item arrived swiftly . I've had it ages now and the quality is still excellent

Really good size, doesn’t crush A4 pieces of paper, straps distribute bag weight nicely and plenty of compartments for “stuff”. Daughter pleased with it, used as a school bag. Great colour!
