Use it as a simple navigation phone mount and nothing more
I bought this just as a phone holder to hold the navigation phone instead of buying Navigation module from BMW. Pros: 1. Much cheaper than BMW’s navigation module. 2. It fits well with the OEM Navigation holder slot. Cons: The Charging ports doesn’t work as mentioned by others who bought this too. Once installed, there is no space between this mount and windshield adjuster lever. You can still adjust the windshield but it’s very tight fit.
