Far too runny for my liking, not what I was expecting for the high cost. Needs to be a thicker, more condensed flavour and texture. Taste was okay.

Really nice, I added soya sauce, garlic, ginger, msg to bring it out but the family loved it

Ottima salsa dal sapore intenso, umami eccellente. Provata per la marinatura di hamburger vegetariani, per la cottura delle verdure, deliziosa per isaporire durante la cottura alla piastra il cavolo rosso. Consigliata. Anche a crudo come salsa barbecue da un tocco inusuale alla carne alla griglia o hamburger.

Bulgogi nehme ich sehr gerne zum Marinieren her, gibt einen tollen Geschmack wem wem es zu intensiv ist,kann es ein bisschen mit Öl mischen

J’adore cette sauce. Elle est relevée mais sans être trop épicée. Je la trouvais dans mon supermarché il y a encore quelques mois mais plus maintenant. Heureusement que j’ai pu la commander sur Amazon.

Esta salsa ha sido un gran descubrimiento. La utilicé para preparar distintas carnes asadas —cerdo, ternera, panceta— y en todas quedó espectacular. Tiene un equilibrio perfecto entre el dulzor de la fruta y el sabor umami de la soja, sin resultar empalagosa. Ideal para marinar o como toque final al cocinar, le da un sabor auténtico y delicioso a los platos. Sin duda, repetiré. Muy recomendable si te gusta la cocina asiática o simplemente quieres darle un giro distinto a tus asados.
