It is good , Only it run small , so get 1 size up, that is what i did

I am 5’1, 300lbs and have a disproportionate body. I carry all of my weight in my apron belly and my arm flaps. I ordered a 5XL thinking it would be small, but boy was I wrong. I could have definitely sized down to 4XL, possibly even a 3XL for more compression. I love the fit though, it’s not compressed but feels like a tank top, it definitely does work for sweating. I do know that once I have lost enough weight, I’ll be ordering another one in a size that actually fits compressed. At first, due to the size I didn’t think it really even did anything for me but it did flatten out my “lonjas.” 😂 Anyway, I definitely recommend this to my plus size girlies! 💖

I like the shirt, it feels really nice on my skin. It’s very breathable so you won’t overheat. The only downside for me was it rolled up in the back over my muffin top so to say. I feel if it were a little longer it would’ve been a perfect fit. In any case for the price just size up. I really don’t have time to be returning for something as minute as that. I’m supposed to be losing weight anyway, right? 😂

I went with a size bigger. I'm pretty small framed every where but not being active like I once was as I've moved from the country to straight city not having any yard room or anything. I put on some covid tummy weight. The only active thing I do is constantly clean, Mow, pick up after the bf inside and outside. I can't sit still so I'm always moving but not as much as I use to and no linger picking up heavy things as before so anyways. I seen this was cheap priced I figured I'll get to help me sweat it all out and help me with my back posture. Upon receiving it of course it was soooo strong smelling not a big deal. I soaked it for an hour in a mixture of warm water and baking soda. Then washed it on gentle. Hung it up to dry and it still smelled very chemical. I have had these types of materials in the past and never had to deal with potent smell. I used it anyways over a tank top. The thing is.... I had to break so much sweat to put it on. It was super small... Like a child's small. I still fought to put it on. It didn't fit right but I wasn't going to waste more time sending it back. It made me sweat it was okay. This Non-echo Vest is the highest quality neoprene. I ordered an XS and fits perfectly. Im 110lb 5'2, the only thing i feel its a little lose from arm circumference, or maybe i have much slimmer arms so i felt it should have been a bit tighter on my arms. But i guess its okay because it gives me some room and its comfy during working out, Im suuupperr impressed with the quality and details. It does give support to the arms and back. Its snugly but comfy. The inner arm is made of soft fabric breathable material so its super comfy while working out, the zipper has a lock, overall this vest is super comfy and supportive during workout, its a must have, i can't explain how happyy i am to get this. It helps you sweat like crazy, you must not use it more then 2 to 3hours maximum, because Neoprene fabric can cause skin irritation because of sweating...so takecare. Also im using it with cellulite/fat reducing cream (a light version cream), if you want to use gel based heavy fat burning cream, better use saran wrap and then put on the vest, as heavy gel based cream can ruin the quality of neoprene, so its best to use Saran/cling wrap and then put on the Vest, it will help burnout fat even more effectively.. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to sweat more during workout and want to reduce inches. The sizing in this brand (Non-echo) is amazingly accurate. They do have much smaller sizes then other brands. Im a small bodied person and i couldn't find my size in other brands. This one fits perfect with great quality. Its really true to the description mentioned on the page. They have vests for both Men/women. I usually dont write reviews but im sooo impressed with this vest. Besttt purchase.

I bought 14/16 fits great and doesn’t move when exercising- just confused as it’s not a material to make you sweat? I gave it a go anyway and I wouldn’t say I sweat more than I normally would. I’ve used the ‘Sweet Sweat Belt’ before and had WAY better results than this but this is £10 and ‘sweet sweat belt’ comes in around £30 so.. you get what you pay for I guess. Sizing is great tho.
