As others have said PREP IS KEY. I bought some isopropyl 99% and put a spray bottle head on it and cleaned the walls of my tires until I could wipe them without rubbing any black on the towel. If u try putting it on dirt, its not gonna hold, its gonna dry crappy, and its gonna look terrible. Prepare for the job to take a good chunk out of ur day but also be prepared for it to look good. Took me 6 hours counting prep and application and I think it was well worth the outcome. Had enough paint to do 2 coats, and probably could've almost done a third with the amount of paint left. Its definitly something that will fade with time and usage but that's to be expected and can't be helped. Ide say pros are it looks great, dries relatively quickly, really makes the tires pop(no pun intended), and isn't expensive. Aren't many cons but if i had to list anything ide say the time it takes to apply, not something that can be helped ofc and it was worth it in the end but it still took awhile.

Pens work great but it is impossible to wright on a tire and make it look good even if you follow the manufacturer lines it just looks like a 2 year old did it don’t waist your money or time it just won’t turn out
