Got a rash on my hand and hydrocortisone wasn't helping the itch. This helped though.

Really is a significant improvement over the !% versions
I don't have too much more to add other than I have used the standard 1% varieties that I get from local dollar stores. They work, but this brand with 2%, so double the active ingredient calms the itching area much faster and is effective longer.
