I have taken all kinds of supplements with no change or improvement. But with these, I could tell a difference in 3 days with a reduction of the dribbles/frequency when used in conjunction with my medication. I have used this brand for over a year and will continue to do so. It works. I know chamomile herb affects the brain. But I am not sure if it is the D Mannose of the Hibiscus that works on the brain synapses but it does help.

Good product for the price

I take this 2-3 times a week to prevent UTI's. Was getting them every 4-6 months there for a while but it's been over a year and I am free from those painful infections. I take it with cranberry pills and it's just a miracle worker.

Life saver . Took a few days but limits my urgent bathroom trips.

I have taken these for years and have only had one UTI in the first month I started taking them. It works wonders and when I feel like I might be getting a UTI, I follow the directions on the bottle and I never end up with one. It is the best resource I have ever had.
