Q: does anybody know which materials or what the main material used?

The only information I can find is that it has no artificial material and a touch of cotton ( what ever that means) and Aloe. I have used them for years and have never had a reaction to them and I am allergic to everything that blows and grown ( per my allergist) Good luck.
