Super easy to use and set up. I used it to make ribbon flowers and it made it easier for me and take less time cutting the actual ribbon. I was able to make it to get the size I needed for the flowers.

The auto dispense feature is hit or miss. Usually miss. When using 1.5” painters tape it will dispense and cut perfectly with the button. And every 5th or so will auto dispense. Never twice in a row. *update. Seller refunded me for the cost of the device. I update my rating from 3 to 5 to reflect the excellent service.

I’ve have it for a little over a month and it was working perfectly fine, but just stopped working randomly. It’s been treated with plenty care, so there’s no reason for it to have messed up. Be weary that it’s use is limited. So disappointed.

I was looking for a machine like this to apply uniform length packing tape to our shipping boxes and not having the frustration of the tape constantly sticking to itself or not cutting properly from the tape gun and wasting a few inches of tape or having it wrap around a box unnecessarily. This machine does the trick. Using standard Scotch brand packing tape (the good stuff, not the off brand super thin packing tape). Easy to load the tape and easy to set up with preset lengths. I highly recommend this for anyone that does shipping.

This machine saves so much time . Easy to use. It’s just the matter which size you need. From there on it’s easy and convenient. It is a bit pricey tho . Overall, Happy purchase

It works better than I expected and it’s so easy to box up my shipments now.
