What is the height of this box when fully opened?

With the lid open it is just at 12.5 inches

Why can’t I get the bottom drawer to open? When trying to open, it feels like it’s going to come apart.

Unfortunately this is due to the way they ticked the exterior leather cover. When pulling the drawer out, slightly lift the center of the box to allow drawer not to catch/rub the tucked leather.

What are the dimensions of the watch slots?

Approximately 58MM X 85MM measured from the inside of the divider to the inside of the divider.
