Very bad quality, the printer did not accept it and recognized them as incomaptible. Cannot use them.

- Followed instructions and carefully inserted cartridges into Printer - Printer reported "Cartridge Problem" on all four cartridges. - Reached out to Smart Ink customer service who walked me through cleaning and troubleshooting steps. I.e Switch the printer off and wait etc. - Nothing worked same problem. Smart ink is refusing to honour warranty. - I purchased the product from Amazon.ae who they class as a "reseller" which invalidates their warranty.

I followed the clear instructions provided for installation, and it was a smooth and easy process. The printer recognised the 4 cartridges without any issues. The print quality is good. Update: less than a year later, the print quality became terrible, and printed pages were illegible. Very often, very large blots of ink were deposited on the page. I guess you get what you pay for.

very poor quality for the price, produced lines and gaps in the image - cleaning and realigning the printers heads gave a little bit of an improved improved image, but still not as good as original items. Buy OEM cartridges its worth it in the long run !

I am over the moon with these print cartridges, a fraction of the cost of other cartridges and these actually show full ink levels on my HP8620 printer whereas others don’t when I load up a new cartridge. I love cardmaking and as you can see by the photos which were taken in natural light show up vivid bright colours, clear and even. I have already recommended these to my mum for future work on her laptop / printer projects. Love it

Compre este kit porque el original es muy caro y la impresora tiene bastantes años. El cartucho negro funciono sin problemas pero al montar el amarillo dio fallo de impresora. Afortunadamente el servicio de atención al cliente funciono de primera. Me enviaron un set nuevo y ahora el cartucho amarillo funciona perfectamente. Muy buena calidad de impresión, precio y atención al cliente
