I'm a big fan of the regular Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizer (I still use this one at night), so I was really excited to try this matte version for daytime—and it did not disappoint! It gives almost the same level of hydration as the original but with a noticeably matte finish, which I really appreciate.The original formula is still a bit more moisturizing, but it always left my skin looking too shiny (unless you're into the glazed donut look—which I can't quite pull off). This matte version tones that down perfectly while still keeping my skin comfortable.I also noticed they have an SPF version now, so I’ll definitely be grabbing that one next!UPDATE: After about a month of daily use, I started to notice that my face was feeling tight and dry. To test whether this was the culprit, I switched back to my regular Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizer — and sure enough, the dryness and tightness subsided within a couple of days.That’s when I realized this matte version is actually formulated for oily skin (which it says right in the description — oops!). So while I still love the texture and finish, it's just not the right fit for my dry skin.That said, I’m keeping my 5-star rating because this was more of a mismatch on my part, not an issue with the product itself. If you have oily or combination skin, I still think this would be a great daytime moisturizer!

It was good moisturizer however I find that it wasn’t as hydrating as I would’ve liked it to be. The moisturizer focuses a lot on keeping my skin matte (I have oily skin) so at times my face was a bit dry. It did work really well with my sensitive skin and it was lightweight, but I would opt out for another moisturizer from this brand.

This is one of the best face moisturizers I’ve ever used! It has spf in it so it protects your skin from the sun/ light. It makes your skin feel soft and gives you a glowy appearance. It is scent free and no sticky mess. Consistency is key for effectiveness.

It’s my favorite moisturizer, my skin is oily and this one works perfectly for me. My skin feels fresh and it absorbs quickly.

It get three stars as I think it could be a great product! I think it works great for oily skin and helps keep me matte. However, if I put makeup on over it, it pills. I have tried time and time again but it doesn’t work for someone who wears makeup almost daily. I did give it to my teenage son who likes it!
