Drain cover has cracked contacted the company with no reply even after 6 weeksBut no bother ive got a brain and a grinder and will make one out of stainless steel from an old flat colander, not ideal but will make it look good , offered to buy a replacement when i contacted them even though they should have replaced it free of charge but they didnt reply to my many emails and photos...avoid if you cant make your own cover or buy the metal cover at £40 extra

plastic or not, it looks very good but when installing doors make sure it is a framed version as there is no raised edge so water prone to overspill

Hope you don’t have to contact their customer services. Slow and unresponsive. We’ve spent two months being fobbed off by them!
