Santa Barbara Surfing SBS El Baracho FCS G5 Style Fins - Set of 3

Was out at El Porto a few south swells ago on my 6'1" diamond tail getting absolutely shacked, but on one wave I groveled in the shorebreak too long and dug my fins into the sand. Freaked out to discover I had popped out my fin plug and lost one of my fins! Ding repair dude fixed it up all nice but my surf shop wanted a ransom for a new set of G5 FCS fins. No sir, not when I had them for less than half price shipped to my door in a couple days with free shipping from El Amazon. Popped the puppies in and headed out to one of my secret squirrel spots. Had some gnar gnar cutbacks and these fins had great hold and drive. Felt like I was surfing a new board. After my session I took the extra money I saved and stopped by the liqour store and got a killer burrito and a case of Pacifico. Boom. I don't know why I'd pay close to $100 for another set of fins when the G-5 fin is absolute gnar gnar.

I used these fins on a LibTech 5'8" Bowl Surfboard for Kiteboarding. These fins made a very noticeable difference in the way that board tracked. It made that board hold a line much better than the OEM fins that came with the board which were designed to wash out for small wave spins and grinds. I'm not sure what makes them track better. I think it is because they are thinner and flex. I love them and just bought a second set for my other kitesurf board.

Everything was great except No screws... I should have bought the screw and key extra because it would have put me into the free shipping category

fins look right they are a little on the thin side but seem fine will report back on there durability

Borders for my friend he loves it what is easy to get without shopping around and trying to find something to defeat his board

Pros: fast shipping, fins were in new condition.Cons: DIDN'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR!! Product description says set of 3 WITH fin key and fin screws. I received the fins, but NO fin keys and fin screws -- what a jip!!

Used for a shelf for father's day. Great material, arrived quickly.

Needed some replacement fins and these fit the bill. Fit great, and they've held up during my surf sessions after breaking an FCS fin initially. I think this is a great alternative to paying full price for the name brand.
