I was surprised that the cinnamon did not have the bite that im used to in my cinnamon. Maybe its the way its grown? Poor soul? Who knows! Its hust my impression, as i am used to a mych strobger tasting product. For the quality, i feel its a bit pricey and can do better…

This is the best powdered cinnamon I have ever tasted it’s amazing. I asked for finely ground and that’s what I got.Great flavor and works well in everything I’ve put it into liquid or solid. I will be buying it again.

We were disappointed in the cinnamon. We were looking for something with a kick to add to our tea, more like a spicy cinnamon. This isn't it. Very nice for just plain cinnamon but that's it.

I didn’t realize I needed to buy this much cinnamon, I was only adding it to my tea no matter what I did I was unable to mix it into the water. It just is not water soluble. So I moved over to cinnamon sticks. They are much easier to cut a piece in place into your tea.
