Hot Air Soldering Station, 2 in 1 750W Digital Rework Station with Hot Air Gun, Temperature Control Welding Station, Airflow Adjustable Desoldering Station

I needed a small hot air/ soldering station for my desktop. This unit has been performing as expected for the last month since purchase, and I'm very pleased with it so far. It also came with an excellent assortment of 6 soldering tips and 3 hot air nozzles with narrow, medium and larger airflow. Temp for hot air and soldering iron are separately regulable with LCD display output to set actual temperatures. Airflow is regulable with a dial, which is not displayed on the LCD panel, you just turn for more or less airflow. Also included were 3 tweezers, very precise and yet sturdy - well made. One thing I love about this is how rapidly it comes up to speed, very impressive.Overall, a great value for the money. If you're doing this as a hobby, it's well worth it. However, if this is your business (micro-soldering), then you may want to get one with a little more bells and whistles, such as LCD setting of airflow. Not sure how long this unit will last, but I feel I've already gotten my money's worth out of it.

This worked right out of the box and had everything I needed to replace the through-hole memory ICs that failed on my Atari 800xl. No heat damage to the mainboard and the ICs slipped out without any trouble.

I have to admit, this the first soldering station I’ve owned. Before this I used the cheapest soldering iron I could find. I never knew what I was missing

The station could grip the heat gun better when not in use, otherwise works nice. Adjustable heat on both tools is very convenient.

The soldering point started getting weak

Both the iron & hot air gun heat up pretty quickly. The air gun is cheaply made. When it's on. Can can feel hot air blowing through all the separations in the casing. Other than that, pretty good little machine.
