First I ordered, they had delivered scratch and little defective peice. After i requested return I got the nice one. Amazon always does this. Nice classy look and best one.

The kettle developed an electric fault and stopped working within a month. As per warranty, the kettle had to be repaired at customer premises. Borosil accepted the complaint and assigned its field representative to attend to the complaint. The field representative refused to respond and provide service. Borosil is helpless and has no control over its field staff. The customer is left stranded with a non working electric kettle to be, at best, use as a water jug.

Good product. Worth the price

Though the glass broke within 3 months of purchase for no reason the Borosil team were every prompt in resolving the issue. The issues was resolved in less than 8 hours of raising the complaint. Great leadership and customer focused service by Borosil team. Thankyou

Absolutely essential and easy to use , clean and maintain

I want users to know that this 1.8L 1500W kettle comes with a 15A plug. I did not expect this and had to scramble to arrange for a 15A socket in the kitchen. The kettle is working well out of the box so far.
