Great yarn

I ordered the Magic Hour color. After reading some reviews and also just straight googling the color, I realized that the magic hour color isn’t what is shone on Amazon. I purposely bought this yarn because of the true color I found on other sites. Magic Hour is not bright. It’s a beautiful blue/gray. It’s incredibly soft! Highly recommend

My computer made the color Terra look gray. It is a medium brown almost like coffee with cream. It is a nice yarn, easy to work with. My yarns had no knots. I made the Fireside Cardigan and so far, it has not pilled. Even though it is only 25% wool, it is very warm.

I needed some Hue and Me yarn in gray. So I ordered a skein in the color "Shadow" because the online picture of the Shadow colored yarn shows it as gray, and Lion Brand says this color is a "deep cool gray." But what arrived is decidedly NOT gray -- it is brown. And everyone I've shown it to agrees, this "Shadow" color is NOT what it is shown to be in the picture of it online. Now I don't know what to do since I can't trust the colors shown online. How then can I trust to get it replaced with an actual gray!
