I am making my own picture frames and I needed a way to hold the glass, photo and backer in the frame. I have tried several things but they did not turn out very well. I found this special tool to drive points into the frame without damaging the photo or backer or frame. It is easy to use and does a nice job. If you have a need for a specialized tool like this then I highly recommend it to you. It is modestly priced and saves a lot of time.

I love this device, it secures the backing into picture frames and gives your project a professional look. The only thing you need to be careful about is making sure the device is situated in the recess of the back of the frame because once you pull the lever, the metal piece projects out regardless if it is angled to go into the wood frame. It is really a great device.

Great product

The media could not be loaded. The GYKLE Point Driver didn’t come with a manual, so I had to check YouTube to figure out how to load it—but once I did, it was super easy to use. It feels sturdy and comfortable in my hand, and came with plenty of points so I could start right away. It’s especially great for float mount framing, where spacers keep the glass from sitting in the groove.

I was making custom frames for photos and this was a super helpful tool! worked perfectly and was not as costly as another option that looks the same and is sold on the website.

Had a picture frame gun for years and finally gave out. Got this one with some staples. Somewhat different as my older gun shot brads and these newer guns shoot a flat staple. It’s different but will get used to it. At least this gun has an adjustment as to how deep the staple to go in. Found the loading a bit cumbersome.Overall, it does what it’s suppose to do. Just hope it lasts.

This tool performs perfectly. I have been making some picture frames and this tool is absolutely perfect for mounting a Photo in the frame. Money well spent!!!
