I use this as part of my out-of-the-shower routine specifically for my feet, while using regular body lotion elsewhere. This is an unbelieveable product. I never had an issue with my feet before, but this winter my feet cracked at the heels. It was painful and looked really bad. I immediately looked for an aid to resolve the cracked dry skin. I found Blu Goo and ordered right away. I used it several time a day and had immediate results. After three days my skin was so much softer and the hard dry cracked skin took on a new feel. The healing took place and was healing at a very fast pace. The pain was gone and my feet were quickly recovering. After almost a week, I can say that my feet are better. I am going to continue to use Blue Goo to return my feet to soft normal and healthy skin. Daily use of Blue Goo is the key. No harsh chemicals, all natural and a terrific value for the price. In the winter time when our skin gets dry on hint and feet, this product works fantastic, on little cracks on the fingers or on your big cracks on the heel if you have some absolutely fantastic would always recommend this product.

Dont usually write reveiews, but TRUST ME. Buy one to try, but I've just bought another two because if you use twice a day as advised it does go quick. But my feet havent looked as good and felt so lush. Get this product. You wont be disapointed.
