Product is boxed like a gift-secure and lovely.packaging. The cup is beautiful. The colors seem to glow; the handle design allows for a comfortable grip; the tea stays warm for quite a while and the infuser is easy to clean. Very impressive product.

I've been looking at tea mugs w/lids for a month trying to find the right one to gift my sister when this beauty finally popped into my feed. It is an absolutely gorgeous mug, as someone else described it, almost lit from within. It comes in sturdy beautiful box and an impressive presentation. Cup is quality heavy, the right size and balance, and I couldn't be more pleased.

This tea infuser mug is absolutely beautiful. It was well-packaged. The inner box was filled with foam cutouts to help avert damage while shipping. The outer box was actually lovely enough to give as a gift. All you would need is a bow. Not the average cardboard box. The mug was a well-weighted ceramic and glazed cup -- both the mug and lid. The design is quite lovely. The base color is a teal with white blossoms and a single row of soft pink petal that is layered at the bottom of the white blossom. The stems are a soft and muted gold color. You have to see it to appreciate it. The picture online doesn't do it justice. It's a gorgeous mug. The infuser basket looks to be high quality stainless steel with a fine mesh. The only con I have is the lid rocks just a tiny bit if you put it directly on the mug. However if you leave the infuser inside the cup, then the lid fits perfectly. I love it and plan on buying several for all my tea-drinking friends and family for Christmas gifts. I just love it!!!

First off, what I love most about this setup is I don't have to worry about rusting another tea holder or losing it. Not to mention, none of my loose tea gets caught in the holes or even gets through. It didn't mention if this was dishwasher safe but I've been hand washing it from the start and it still works great. When using, I pour in how much loose tea I want and then add my hot water. Once it's filled to how much I want, I just put the lid on the cup and let it steep for a bit. The lid is warm after being placed on my cup for a few minutes but I use it to hold the filter so it doesn't make a mess everywhere. Cleaning the filter is so easy. I just dump my loose tea leaves out and wash it with a sponge and that's it. Everything else is just as easy. With as much as I've used this, my cup isn't stained, there's no rust on the filter and when it's time to put this away, I just keep everything together. Great cup and love the filter design.
