Are the seeds inside the shipped peppers viable?

Will this be ok with the customs? Do you ship outside US?

Why does the product include added Capscicum Oleoresin?

The process of turning it into a sauce causes some of the spiciness to go down so by adding capsicum it brings it back to the level it should be at
