Hello folks.I am 62 yr old man, in pretty good health but low energy thru the day. I tried countless supp's like magnesium, methylated B vitamins, MSM, adrenal supp, but no supp has given me sustainable energy like this. But I dont recommend you just start popping copper pills UNLESS you know what you are doing. Surprisingly it’s not easy to find a good Copper supplement. To me, this is the best one I could find as bisglycinate is the most bioavailable form. I’m very happy with this product!

I use this to balance out the zinc that I take.
