Amazing stuff, I drizzle it on my cereal, joghurt, baked potato... really anything. Sooo gut, buttery with a nutty taste. Super healthy

Great dietary source of Omega 3
Flax oil is a great source of omega 3 and helps with certain dietary needs and intracellular healing. The dark bottle helps preserve the oil from oxidation. The squeezable bottle can squirt about a tablespoon at a time into recipes ( squirt the oil onto a measuring spoon for accuracy). The taste alone is bland and a little bitter, but with other spices and seasonings, it's palatable.

Slightly bitter taste
This seems to be good quality for flaxseed. It has a very slight bitter aftertaste, I'm not fond of, even when adding to a smoothie. I may search for a different source. I'm undecided. The cost wasn't to bad for the amount. Dispensing with the cap isn't easy so I remove the cap, since it comes out with a lot of force if I'm measuring. No unexpected side affects

Great product at a good price!
I can not eat flaxseeds, so I wanted to find an alternative; I was looking for cold-pressed, organic flaxseed oil. I found this one on Amazon, and it's great. Exactly as described and at a good price.

Nutty flavor and thicker than some of the others
This Flaxseed oil is very good for salads, popcorn and other sauces that are not heated. The nutty flavor is nice and also is thicker than some of the others. Good on rice!

. ADD THIS TO MY DAILY SALAD AND MY BP DECREASES FROM 150 TO CURRENT 115 AND dIASTOLIC BETWEEN 70 - 80 WITH DAILY 5KM WALKING.
