I should say it is an extremely bad result.
I received seeds in a small plastic package. However, it did not contain any instructions for planting the above seeds. I put the seeds in water for 12 hours, and then planted them, each separately. However, none of the 25 seeds sprouted. I bought two more packages of seeds, which did not contain any instructions either. I planted the seeds in a similar way as in the first case. None of the seeds from the first of the two packages sprouted, while from the second one only 7 seeds gave sprouts.I should say it is an extremely bad result.

Fast to Germinate
The seeds arrived in a small plastic baggy with instructions to soak and sow. I let them soak in water overnight, sowed them in some starting seed soil, and they began to germinate rapidly. I think just about all 25 have germinated within a week and a half. I am pleased with this purchase and am excited to watch them grow.

Difficult Seeds to Grow
I failed to successfully grow black locust seedlings from these seeds but it was most likely my fault! I shall try again!

Sprouted quickly!
I nicked the seeds with a hobby knife and left them in water over night. Then I placed them in a moist paper towl inside a ziplock bag. In a just a few days they nearly all sprouted.

GOOD SHADE TREES FOR SMALL BIRDS
They are growing up slowly and I am still waiting for the flowers. They did not flower at all this spring so I will wait for the next year and see what happens. The plant itself is ok but a few of them look as if someone has hit them with a broom. They are squashed down instead of growing up straight. Ther must be something I did wrong as only one looks like the pictures.
