A reasonable amount of salt delivered to your door, so you don't have to struggle with 25kg bags! So yes it's more expensive that buying the bigger bags, but it means my back remains in tact, I don't have to store very much so no wasted space with these easy to use bags. Does get a little damaged during transport on occasions, but so far nothing major Easy to fill up the water softener and seems to be very effective.

Does what it says on the label

This is one of the few salt tablet packages sold by AZ itself - thus better guarantee of pure salt compared to other suppliers selling somewhat questionable purity salt (due to residue left). It is not cheap for the weight but unless you're bringing it yourself or ordering many 25kg bags you know delivery won't be cheap with any supplier. The main issue is that a lot of the tablets are broken in the bag that ends up with a huge amount of ground salt (almost 1/3-1/4) that defeats the purpose of using tablets. As you know ground salt is not great for water softeners as it is more likely to form salt bridges that are no fun. Will go back to my other suppliers (more expensive) but this is an Ok backup.
