Keto you must stay below 20 carbs a day, these have 15 per serving - how is this keto? Seems too high with other carbs you eat like veggies etc

With Keto, you have to stay below 5% net carbs or around 20 g of net carbs per day. 13 of the 15 carbs in this chocolate are fiber, which is subtracted from the total carbs to give you net carbs of 2 per serving. They are a great snack if you need a treat and a great source of fiber which you also need. The recommended amount of carbs for a woman is 25 grams and 30 for a man. So when you put the low net carb requirement beside the need for fiber, this treat is a win-win-win!

100% cocoa will be very bitter, we have other ingredients in the Keto Bark, the percentage of cocoa is between 50%-55% depends on the flavors
