I love this light weight, versatile vacuum. It really sucks up pet hair.

I LOVE this vacuum! Good suction, versatile swivel which allows you to get underneath furniture. Also like the fact that you can just pop out the handheld right there and use it where you need. I live in a small space and since I have to leave this thing where it might be saying it's actually very nice looking, I got the teal and black. I removed a star for two reasons, the charge does not seem to hold for long enough- by the time I get to the third room I can hear it winding down a bit. The second reason I took a star off, when you use the handheld and you pop one of the attachments on it seems to really reduce the suction power, still works just not as good as you would want it to. Overall this is a great vacuum and I know some people were saying it didn't work on their rugs but if your rug is thin enough this worked beautifully on mine and I have ruggables.

Great suction, quiet, and very maneuverable. Nice not to have the heavy battery and dust collection on top. Let the wheels carry the weight. Simple choice!!

This cordless vacuum is a quality product. It is well built and it met all of my expectations. It's easy to maneuver in tight areas, and has 2 speeds, so you can use the slower speed for quieter vacuuming. It's also convenient to have a built-in hand vacuum, which also works well. I highly recommend this product!

Love this handy little vacuum! It's not a replacement for my full size vacuum but it's perfect for small messes & overall floor maintenance. The wheels are a little loud & cheap feeling but it's got good suction, good maneuverability & good battery life, so I still highly recommend!

I have Shark cordless and I love it. I ordered this one because it appeared to have a longer run time and the hand held option was a bonus. Due to a surgery I was not able to try this out until past the return window and it is terrible. It is like using the hand held on the floor. It has no power and you have to go over the floor a million times to pick up anything. If you want a great cordless version by the Shark. I should have not overthought this process and just bought something that I knew was dependable, I didn't need the hand held that bad and is just what I ended up with and not a vacuum.

I've only had it overnight and used it right away. Right now it's 5-stars. The suction is great. The canister/dust buster attachment is small. However I have 3 small, carpeted rooms. You may need to empty it in-between if you have pets. HINT............when plugging it in to the power supply, the charging light is the teeny tiny blinking light in-between the larger Kenmore symbol and the digital display. It's hard to see and I wear glasses. To see how much charge you have left you need to be looking at it while using it from ABOVE, not in front of it. Confused me and Kenmore support - oh duh? Right now I like it. I will update later should things go south!

I am returning this as you should know because the electrical rating of the unit is no good. May I suggest that when you are buying from the USA you have someone there who checks the rating plate and makes sure it matches what is wanted here. I've called it rating plate for want of a name but there is always something which carries what you need to see. The main things you want to see are voltage and frequency. David Mason
