Brieftons 10 Blade Spiralizer/Slicer is the best thing since...sliced cucumbers. My favorite thing to make with it is Zucchini spiral noodles. There are so many things you can make with this. It comes with recipes too. Very durable, high quality, thick blade cartridges that fit perfectly in place, easy to use and easy clean up. Great value and helps save on food bill too. It was easy to assemble and use. We love it. It works great! Good sharp blades and easy to turn. The feet hold it tightly to the counter, so I don't have to struggle with that. I did have to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the plastic container to hold the veggies doesn't close securely and leaks water if you're not careful.

I just bought this and have only used it a few times so far on zucchini with the linguine attachment but I really like it. We’ve had quite a bit of zucchini in our home garden and I was getting a little bored with our usual ways of preparing it. Using this tool to make zoodles has been a great way to change it up and reduce carbs in our diet by substituting some pasta with veggies. That alone was worth buying it, but I’m also looking forward to trying the other attachments with different veggies. It seems well made and it’s very easy to use and clean up. I love how compact it is and how everything stores together. An unexpected bonus has been all the recipe ebooks that are available for download with tons of recipes. They have a sauce recipe book with over 1400 pages of recipes. My only suggestion for this is that they figure out a better way to present the sauce recipes. It’s a bit overwhelming because they all seem to be pretty random with no organization. Other than that minor gripe, it seems like a great value and I look forward to experimenting with it more.

It was even a bit better quality than I expected. Seems sturdy (admittedly I have only used it once so far) and has a strong suction to hold it in place while in use… very important with a light plastic appliance!It has a very good selection of blades. I use 3 of them and they were all quite sharp and worked well.The only drawback that I find is that is a bit messy as there is not real receptacle that can attach to it for the veggies to collect in. There is a small bin included that you can set next to it and it works, just some spillover and the bin is shallow and doesn’t hold much.But overall I would recommend it… nut better than an electric one that I had that will now be going to Goodwill!

I used to have one of these before I moved and used it multiple times a week on the farm as I have moved away from all wheat products. I had to sell everything when I moved and it didn’t take too long in my new place to miss this device, so I bought a replacement (this time with 10 blades instead of 5). I am so excited to make the healthy food I had before. The ease of use and cleaning, durability, and freshness simply can’t be beat. I love the extra options in blades types and the storage container for the blades. Whether you grow your own produce or buy it, this spiralizer is a must have in the kitchen. Dinner just got better and better for you!

Iv'e only used once so far for kohlrabi. The noodles came out fine and was a good way to eat this uncommon vegetable. Since the vegetable was dense I really had to put some muscle into it. the Spiralizer seemed to slip a bit from the counter. I also had recut the vegetable as the pointy grippy apart of the rotator spun around and around in the end of the vegetable without making noodles. This happened about 3 times, not sure why. Am willing to try other recommended vegetables and will keep for now to see if I get better with practice.
