Every candle was damaged, broken in half. I believe they were not correctly packaged and probably the box/package was handled roughly. But the candles were otherwise very attractive and appeared large enough to easily last 100 hours. I am being reimbursed by the seller, so my opinion is that the seller is reliable and their product is exceptional.

I was quite impressed with how well these came packaged - I didn't have a broken or misshapen one at all. They are simple and PERFECT for fun projects. I had my son color with sharpies on tissue paper, then after cutting around his picture, we wrapped it on the candle with wax paper over it. I used a heat gun and the design melts onto the candle! SUPER CUTE Christmas gifts from my son to relatives! I will definitely order these again!

I have a 16 candle floor holder and have had trouble finding candles that will stay lit. These work perfectly! Upon arrival, 3 candles were broken, but I was promptly refunded for these candles. Excellent customer support!

These are perfect white pillar candles. They are pure white which is just what I needed, and the wrapping was VERY good. Nothing damaged. I have tried one because I am testing centerpieces, which these will go in. It's a candle and burns well. My mistake, they are 6" tall which I measured but after putting in my centerpiece, which is for an upcoming wedding, I wish I had gotten 12". I just didn't want them to be too tall. But they will be ok. They are definitely nice ones.

These are a really great value and great quality. The only thing is we got these put into cylinder glasses for our wedding and the bottom of these pillar candles is not flat so they move a little bit, but it was really easy to make the bottom flat.

I decided to see just how long this candle would burn. Every late afternoon my husband and I have some wine and a snack. I would light the candle, then when I blew it out (sometimes hours after dinner) I recorded how long it burned. The total time was 77 hours of burning time over a few weeks. The first time I let it burn 9 hours, which was too long at one time, because the soft wax bulged out. I simply cut that part straight off before I lit it next time.. i found that if it burned no more than 4 hours each time, it did not need trimming. Trimming was not a big deal, the candle simply looks new when you cut it straight off, and it just takes a few seconds to do that. Anyway, never in my wildest dreams would I have believed these candles would burn this many hours. And clean burning, no drips. It didn't make any difference if I trimmed the wick or not.

I bought these candles to use for everyday purposes. They arrived in a timely fasion, but when I opened the box, not a single candle was round. In fact, of the dozen I bought only one actually stood up. It appeared that the candles had been put in the box in this terrible shape. When I went to return it, the Amazon return area suggested I reach out to the manufacturer and gave me a phone number for Royal. When I called the number I was told not to call them again and they couldn't help me. I went back through the Amazon return area and they helped me return the candles and gave me a quick refund. I will never buy anything from Royal again and recommend no one else buy from them either. If I could I'd give them a zero review.

3 stars because it arrived broken. But it seems to be burning well. I have it running all day for ambience. Would prefer it not broken, but other than that it's a good candle.
