This thing is legit!! I went from 155 lbs to 175 lbs in 1 year, with mostly muscle. I've taken it consistently, with healthy diet and working out 5 times a week. It was tough on my stomach at the beginning, but you will get used to it. I like to mix it with bananas, greek yogurt and peanut butter. Totally recommended!

This is a great tasting, easy digesting line of protein powder. Nitro tech mixes well and supports muscle repair and lean mass gains, without GI discomfort or the dreaded "slow-up" after consuming nutrient dense meals and shakes.

I really like the Nitro Tech products, but I definitely prefer the vanilla over the strawberry. A good helping of protein at a reasonable price.

Works great. Lost fat. Gained muscle. More energy. Only issue is price & could contain more BCAAs for the money. Definitely could be cheaper. However, this formula works great. All others is missing something. Either missing creatine, or less protein, or no BCAA. I've tried different combos, and can for sure say, this one works the best. Some day BCAAs are a ripoff, only need creatine, or no need protein if you eat... Yeah well try eating 250g protein a day without breaking the bank. Then add creatine. Then add BCAA. Works best as a package. Just wish it was about 10 bucks cheaper average. Would be the best deal possible, out of any brands. Even if you bought one (Creatine/BCAA/Protein) seperately. I'd say 4.5 out of 5 total, but can't do that. So 4/5 it is.

I never write a review on anything but this is Absolutely amazing no artificial flavor literally tastes like a bowl of cereals I’m obsessed I’m a girl that hates artificial flavors tried so many other protein shakes this one is amazing love the flavor. Will definitely update to see if I see any results.

This is my favorite protein shake, especially the chocolate. I’ve been ordering this for five years . It’s my go to protein after a good workout.
