This is a good quality product and you can refrigerate it and then use as and when required, As you have to freeze it, it freezes well but when using it liquidates basically, and water does not come out..So thats good part

This is very useful and made of strong material which is flexible. Works well. Keeps up temperature for about half an hour. Can go for it.

This is my first time using a gel pack Hot/Cold Pack. Honestly I find this product useful. I used it as Cold and it was great. Few hours swelling disappeard. Next day I used it Hot for mussles tention. Wethin Minutes I felt reliefed.
