Fits my new cannondale and fits well. I paid $15.00 and that's a deal. Quick ship too! I spent a few hours trying to fit the correct part. As a back up I also purchased from a different online retailer for $50.00. Make sure you use Lock Tight for the screws. Ordering a back up today.
