I like these vitamins. They are easy to take but are big. If you can't take pills easily you probably shouldn't get them. I got for my hair and I think it helps. Have been taking for 6 months. Recently I started losing my hair again but I don't think it's due to these.

They work fine but are very large for anyone who might have trouble swallowing pills.

I have some skin irritations and uti issues. I think these are helping me along with prescriptions from my PC. I think it might take a couple weeks to notice tho. But a very good product.

Pumpkin Seed oil is great for number of reasons - I use it for my hair and it seems to be shinier and healthier and not sure if its growing faster but it may be doing that too- overall my hair looks much healthier and thicker! It is also good for blood health - blood pressure and its great for cholesterol health. There are many uses but this brand is very reputable and reliable and makes a solid Pumpkin Seed Oil at high dose and shipping is very fast. Good purchase!

I absolutely swear by pumpkin seed oil to stop hair fall out! The capsules are a little larger than most are use to but go down very easily! I have been using a variety with saw palmetto from a different brand for additional hair health benefits as well as bladder and prostate support for literally just a few dollars more, and will probably go back to that when this bottle is finished.

Nice big capsules, easy to swallow Not sure if it has an effect yet however it's also not having adverse effects Product seems to be good quality, all capsules look the same in terms of coloration, they have a slight yellowish tint (pumpkin seed oil is colorless or very slightly yellow if pure), and have no odor. So far so good
