Q: Is it easy to change the text? Say if I applied a sticker or vinyl?

Should be very easy to put something on top. It just can’t be thick due to sliding across.

Yes, it slides easily and quietly. The magnet it is strong and holds well.

Q: How strong is the door sign magnets?

The magnets are pretty strong. I had it taped to our warehouse bathroom doors on one side. The two round magnetic sides held up the sign nice and snug. Didn’t move even when I slammed the door just to see if it would fall, however, that was extreme. It stayed up with normal closing. In fact, it is still hanging on the two bathroom doors.
