YSM1000 Wired in-Ear Headphones, Noise Isolating Earbuds with Powerful Bass Sound, Tangle-Free Cable and 3.5mm Jack for Phone, Laptop, Tablet

I.now, almost exclusively, use Bluetooth Headphones but I needed a wired setup for a mobile cd player. These in ear headphones are about the same quality sound. Very satisfied!

Purchased these to use for watching movies on airplane. Very happy with them - they are comfortable, sound is good and when they fit in the ears correctly, they blocked out a lot of the airplane noise. Comes with extra ear pieces & a nice little case for traveling. Definitely worth it.

The Betron YSM1000 Headphones are very capable ear buds for listening to music, podcasts, videos, eBooks, or anything else you might want to use them with on your phone, eReader, or other devices. The sound comes out in quite clear stereo audio, with I feel just the right degree of bass (my last ones had a rather higher bass than I often would have preferred) and I’ve had no issues with the adjustment of the volume. The switch, which peculiarly is on the wire of the left-ear side, works well; though if you’re using it in the dark it’s easy to hit the wrong button; and certain commands require double and triple clicks which will be tricky for some people, and you might be better off navigating directly with the connected device instead. I use it with both my iPhone and Kindle Fire HD, and minor switch difficulties aside, I’ve not found anything major of which to complain. It comes with three sizes of earpieces—of which I use the middle one and it fits very well only rarely falling out—and though that’s not a lot I think most people shouldn’t have an issue finding one of them that feels snug and secure. My previous ear buds (which were from a different company) had lasted about a year and a half before one side stopped working—first intermittently, then all together—making them essentially useless. Time will tell how long these ones will keep going on, but in the already over two and a half years during which I’ve used them there have been no notable technical problems. One issue I initially had was that the long wires could easily get tangled up on itself or caught between objects, but that was solved by simply shortening the length by using a twist-tie. Overall, I’d say they’re the best wired buds I’ve bought to date (they’re only my second discounting ones packaged with other devices, but nevertheless that is praise) having been satisfied in its comfort and quality in all that I’ve used them for, and also, obviously, in their durability up to this point.

2018 August update: One full year later and still working. Nor many of my prior earbuds can say the same. Here is the original 2017 review ... These days the under $50 headphones have been getting better and better, so when i saw this well rated $40 earbud discounted to $20, I decided to take a chance. I have poor tolerance for bad earbuds and have tossed out more than a few pairs rather than let them ruin my music. So for $20, I figured it was was worth taking a chance. When I tried it, my reaction was Wow! This is good, very good. It reproduces great music that is loud and clear. In fact, it's louder than all of my other earbuds. It hit's the highs, the midrange, and some of the base . Most importantly, the singers voice are sharp and clear. Even at $40, it would be worth the money. So what does doesn't it do?. You noticed I said "some of the base." It gets enough bass for easy listening and you'll definitely know it's there, but it wont shake your head, rock your socks, or kick your boots. A few of my other headphones get more bass. However, for under $50, I have to trade off something, volume, clarity, highs, mid-range, or bass. If you want to get all of this, you'll need to buy a Bose Soundsport Pulse or another $200 earbud. (I haven't tried all of the pricey buds, but I just tried out the Soundsport Pulse this morning. I'd love to have one, but it's way outside my budget.) 2018 Update Orignal "good earbud should last at least a year. If it doesn't make the cut, I will update this rating." It's August 2018 and they are still going strong. It made the cut.

Solid earbuds. Quality wiring. I was surprise that they sounded louder then my previous brand. I think they have a good range of sounds in general. They are a bit cold because they are metallic. Not sure if it's the right thing to wear in cold weather. The 1/8 plug is a bit big but very solid. Impressive for the money. I hope they will last long.

Me encantaron estos audifonos, el precio es genial para la calidad de sonido que tiene, los bajos y lo comodos que son. Hice pruebas de 4D, 8D, 16D, y en todas me sorprendió la calidad del audio. Los recomiendo para ambientes tipo oficina (Home Office), pero no para exterior, o hacer ejercicio. Son frágiles en mi percepción para correr o algo asi. Pero para estar en casa y tener buena calidad de audio y bajos, esta es una gran opción. Lo uso diario para home office, y el microfono tambien es genial. Los recomiendo mucho.

Bought these as a birthday present for myself after using several pairs of different and expensive over the ear headphones and I'm impressed. Not going to go too in-depth but here's a few things of note: Pros: - Sound quality: Very good, doesn't have overpowering bass which I personally like but it is there, clarity is good and for all my use cases (Music, gaming and movies/tv) it works great. I listen to a lot of different genres and these coped rather well. For those that play games, I can hear footsteps in a few different shooters(Overwatch and BF4) and never felt like I was missing anything. Used a few gaming headsets over the years and these blow those out of the water in almost every area, not just in sound. - Build: So far, so good. I'm being admittedly very careful with these, although that's more to do with previous earphones than these. The buds themselves feel solid, the connector is also pretty sturdy and the wires all feel like they'll last for the most part. Only issue that may come up is the wire coming from each earphone but again, I worry about this due to other pairs of earphones. - Isolation: This was actually a massive part of why I bought these, as I needed something to isolate my jet fan PS4 and, at times, horrible traffic noise. For the price, they isolate a decent amount. For the record my PS4 is about 1 metre away and creates roughly 70 db of noise when it gets going. I can hear it if nothing is going on but when playing, pretty much anything these cope with it, just fine. Obviously this has more to do with the fit and the tips but they isolate enough for me. - Mic: Worth mentioning as I use this while gaming. It's very good. I've had some bad microphones over the years but this, for the price, is excellent. The positioning of it isn't ideal for me personally as I prefer it to be lower down but most of the way along the left earphone does mean it picks up my voice without getting unwanted breathing or button presses etc. - Comfort: Saw people complaining about these being heavy and thus uncomfortable but for me, even with smaller ears, they're a lot better than I was expecting. I can wear these for several hours at a time without any discomfort. Again though this will differ from person to person. - Extras: At £25 these come with a silly amount of tips and a very nice case. Honestly blown away by this, as this is usually the area companies skimp on. Props Betron! Also selling the variety of tips separately in-case customers lose or wear them out is a nice touch. Especially at £3! Bad points: The cable noise is noticeable at times. My useage of these has mostly been sitting, as I have other earphones for exercising but I can imagine this to be a deal breaker for some depending on your tolerance. Overall: I love these, I was hesitant prior to buying these for various reasons. However the sound quality, the isolation, comfort and build were all above my expectations. While these don't blow away some of the rather expensive headphones I've used. For general use, these are phenomenal and for the price, with all the extras, they're a steal! Will be keeping an eye on Betron from now on for sure!
