Love the actual product, but don’t recommend purchasing through here. The shampoo had leaked all in the package and they’d wrapped it in a bag to prevent it from getting on everything. Disappointed in Amazons delivery and handling of this. And am not finding a way of reporting it either.

Brassy blondes look no more! I've tried a million purple shampoo and conditioners and this is hands down the best! People ask if I had my hair done, just from using this. I switched to the Aveda version for my last bottle (cuz I love how Aveda smells) and it just didn't work at all compared to this one. I finally finished the old and came back to this product and will never switch again. It truly is the best. The smell is very nice too. But honestly, the platinum blonde result is absolutely top notch. Search no more!

I have been using this shampoo from Target for over a year and it’s been great. First issue- Ordered this large bottle with pump and received it spilled all over the box and another product we ordered.Second issue - this product does not seem to be the same that is bought off the shelf in Target. It does not lather and it’s like spreading coconut oil in your hair, just minus the moisturizing features coconut oil offers. After just two uses by hair feels dry and has lost the shine. I would not buy it again or recommend it to any other Kristin Ess users.
