Quality. I had to buy for work in a restaurant. It was $5 cheaper than the other quality brand. It’s a pretty fine grate, as long as you wash after use, it won’t get clogged. Only issue is cheese gets stuck on the inside of the grate barrel, under a piece of plastic. I have to use a knife to get it clean. This is the reason for 4 stars.It is well made and easy to assemble or disassemble to clean.I sort of wish I had the zyliss one instead.Update after a month of use the plastic inside the grater barrel twisted making it un operable.Ended up replacing with the Zyliss brand

I bought this for my girlfriend after hearing her complain about using her four-sided grater to grate Parmigiano. She liked it so much that she not only bought me one, she keeps telling her friends about it. And you know, it really is that good. Like pretty much all OXO products, it performs well and it holds up well under regular use.
