Berkshire Backseam Pantyhose

I’m 5’5”, 31” waist and 48” hips, I’m about 180lbs and 1x fit perfectly for my hourglass body type. When putting them on, make sure the line is lined up to the center underneath your foot as well as your heel and them pull them up- working one leg at a time up to your knee. Once both sides are knees’ length, pull them up carefully while making sure the line is still in the center to the back of your legs. If you have long nails, the trick is to wear latex gloves. However, I have nails and I was able to pull these on with no gloves. The color nude looks so natural and it’s not shiny like the ones they sell in department stores. This will definitely be my go to brand from now on and I highly recommend them. FYI, if the pantyhose are too difficult to pull up after both sides are knees’ length; this size is too small and you should get a larger size before you rip them.

I had to get these for a play set in the 40's. I got both the beige and the black pairs, but ended up going through 4 pairs in a week and a half. However, theatrical use usually means extra wear and tear that you won't get with daily use (moving furniture on and off set, for example). Another cast member used one pair the whole time. Just be very careful putting them on (gather them up on your hand, for example), and beware snagging on things. They look great, and they're very comfortable. They were true to size for me in both shades.

1x is not a 1x at all. Run very small. They ran as I was putting them on so I could not wear them to the event that I wanted to wear them to. They were so small through the thigh that the seam in the back was running up the inside of my thigh instead of the back. Would not recommend especially for the price.

I have bought these tights several times now and they are my go to brand for the office. My only criticism would be that they don't really have much in the way of variety so for red back seams or any other color backseam - I have to go to different brands. They ARE durable - contrary to what you read in other reviews - but people get all but hurt when they pull and tug at them to straighten up the seams and get a hole in them. Get the seams straight from the heel on up on BOTH legs as you put them on and you'll be fine. Quality complaints in the reviews are mostly, I suspect, from people who don't know how to put on seamed tights.In terms of sheerness - they are actually quite alluring and not as shiny as they come across in one of the review photos. They are more "matte" finish which I prefer anyway. Someone mentioned that the nude are quite subtle and they really are! I actually like that about them. They are comfortable to wear and do not roll down (just order the correct size). Because they have no Cuban heel - you can order a size up and they will still look amazing on. Buy with confidence. I always have at least 2 new pairs in my lingerie drawer at all times.

Im 5'3 200 I got the 1x they fit fine could've went down a size honestly. They are too thin you dont have to worry about runs in the stockings they were perfect

I bought the 3x-4x as I’m 5 ft 9 and weigh 210 pounds. The majority of my height is in my legs so the crotch seams is about 1-2 inches lower than it should be. Also, these do snag fairly easily. I made sure my nails and toe nails were filed and I still managed to snag them when trying them on. Also, the control top panty are lower than expected (probable related to my longer legs). Should be good for those with average height or shorter legs.
