Only thing that would have been really helpful would be to have the option of what side the hookup was on to connect to gas line.. beyond that its perfect. Heats up our 1000sqft home quickly. No smell, quiet. Very affordable, we would purchase again without reservation.

Pay a bit more for the blower feature. It a well worth the money.The blue flame is proof of complete combustion. The heater is safe to use indoors.

An excellent item delivering the required heat to a cold basement, the thermostat is an excellent addition as my old unit did not have one. Exceptionally easy to install, all I needed was the proper flexible gas line to attatch to my existing gas line.

I ordered this product as a back up for my central heat during power outages. The first time I ordered it, the pilot light stopped working correctly and wouldn't ignite after 3-4 days of use. I ordered a replacement. As the plumber was swapping out the new unit, he showed me that the entire part that manages the pilot light had melted. It could not be repaired and very dangerous to say the least. I paid the plumber, and my replacement unit's blower doesn't work. Day 3 of using it without a blower, the pilot light won't light. I'm going to have to replace this product and pay a plumber to come back a third time. I absolutely do not recommend.

We purchased 4 of these furnaces. 3 of them worked perfectly and very easy to operate. The last one the tempered glass exploded less than a minute after installing it. The explosion was so bad that it through glass all across the room hitting the other side of the wall and scratched our TV. I am glad no one was hurt with the explosion but took a while cleaning up everything. Our contractor is the one that installed them and we are thinking the last one was flawed. I reached out to the manufacturer which is in Canada hoping we will get a response back. I will update the review after response from the manufacturer of the signite pro furnace.

Heats up my living room perfectly! No mess like Fireplace, and still looks pretty decent.

Heater arrived & was defective. OSD componate was evidently not installed at factory & when lit it shot out flames, singed my installers beard & the hair on his hands & arms. Did receive full refund from Amazon!
