One of the best spice purchases I’ve ever made. Do not hesitate to buy!!!!! So delicious and fresh!!!!!

I placed my first order in 2017 and just received my tenth shipment. Great flavor that enhances anything one cooks. I I use it almost every time I cook dinner. Always fresh and consistent. The best spice in my spice cabinet!

I enjoy cooking and spending time in the kitchen. It is sometimes frustrating when a specific spice that is needed for a recipe isn't in the pantry...which is what happened before I purchased Pinch Spice Market, Chaat Masala, Organic Indian Spice Blend. I had to delay making the dish, but felt satisfied knowing the spice was on the way with the convenience of not even having to go to the Indian market which is not very close to my home. Makes trying different recipes easier when the ingredients can be easily found on Amazon.

My husband is Pakistani, and he said this chaat masala was good. However, I am not happy with the price of this tiny 4-ounce package ($12.00 is what I paid). You can get a Shan packet at the Indo-Pak grocer (with the same amount) for under 2 bucks, and next time that's what I will do instead of going for convenience. Admittedly, it's my fault for not paying attention to the size of this bag, but still...it's too expensive.

What could be more important? Than coriander, dried mango, black indian salt, etc. in your mouth. On your food. Even in unlikely places like your oatmeal? Yes I tried that, it didn't work, but it was great on everything else. I literally looked up every ingredient on wikipedia because I loved it so much. What could be more important for you and your family?This is life-changing. I made up a batch of chaat masala peanuts on the stove using this spice blend. Very good, similar in flavor to some spiced peanuts a friend brings me back from India. A little peanut oil in a pan with some chaat masala powder, cayenne pepper, and dry roasted peanuts. Heat and stir well to coat the nuts, sprinkle in some rice flour (soaks up excess oil) and stir a bit more. Great snack.

I've tried other chaat and this one has a dominating smell and taste of cinnamon.
