I love that this kit comes with so many different types of letter beads, but the downside to that is there just aren't enough in each section. It was difficult to find more than two-three vowels within each section, so for that reason it's really hard to recommend this kit. The price is definitely better, but if you want to make a lot you probably have to buy multiple kits and maybe it's not worth it at that point. UPDATE: The seller contacted me after seeing my review, and offered me either a full refund or to send me more beads to make it right. I was sent a new kit with more of the gold beads (and scissors and string) so I am updating my review. Honestly, this kit is a really affordable price, and it should've been obvious that with the size the amount of beads for each letter would be a bit more limited. I'd still recommend keeping that in mind when purchasing this kit, but the seller is really top notch for resolving the problem with either of the options I was offered!

The beads are good but there are a few letters missing. Also, the package was open and did not come with scissors as advertised.

Unfortunately, my package is missing the scissors and string advertised as included with the kit. I did get an extra set of vowels, which is useful. Most kits are sorely lacking here, so I gave 3 stars instead of 2, especially since I was wondering if I would need to order more separately anyways. Can't decide whether to return this, though - the missing pieces were a big part of the reason I bought this particular kit, but for the sale price I might keep the beads. The variety of beads themselves are fun, the kit gives you a nice little mix of styles - this was an important factor in my decision making when looking through all the sets on Amazon. I didn't want to buy each of the styles separately without knowing beforehand if I liked a particular one or not. This let's you try out different aesthetics, and the case is pretty compact so it should pack away very easily. I was looking forward to an easy, "one and done" type of purchase so I could get going on a project right away when the package arrived. Without the string, I'm still unable to get going. I can make do without the scissors, but when I saw this kit came with some I thought, who doesn't need a spare pair of scissors? Will update the review after deciding, if the glow beads work well that could win me over.

The beads are really cute but I separated them out by letters and was disappointed in the lack of Es and As compared to the many Qs and Gs Edit: the seller reached out and offered a full refund on this order. The beads themselves are of good quality so I would defo purchase from them again but I’d recommend one of their kits separated by letter so you know the exact quantity of each letter that you will receive :)
