Very lovely and heavy duty!
Very lovely and heavy duty! I will enjoy using the All Clad utensils with my new Silga Italian cookware. The fish turned is flexible and perfect for grilling delicate fish, like Dover sole, and crab dishes.

I bought this slotted turner impulsively together with an All-Clad pan. It's thin and flexible, and when I used it to make crab cakes I found that it was easy to keep them whole while turning them. It's also long, which increases the stability. A well-designed utensil.

It actually is really flexible which is great because it allows me to maneuver around as needed. It feels light & thin, but sturdy.
