So many great features and works well. You don't need distilled water and the large tank makes most jobs complete without a refill. It's lightweight and easy to handle. The no drip feature is a real plus. It did a great job on a king comforter I bought that was severely wrinkled when unpacked. Also very handy for touching up curtains. I'm finally ready to donate my trusty steam iron.

I’ve been really happy with the BEAUTURAL handheld steamer—it heats up fast, removes wrinkles quickly, and is super easy to use. It’s perfect for last-minute touch-ups and works well on everything from light blouses to thicker fabrics. The only downside for me is the water tank size. I find myself needing to refill it more often than I’d like, especially when steaming multiple items. A slightly larger tank would make this a 5-star product for sure! Overall, though, it’s a solid steamer that gets the job done and is easy to store. Definitely recommend for quick and effective wrinkle removal.

This steamer works great for quickly hydrating the exterior and interior of a comic book's cover immediately prior to pressing the book in a heat press. The steamer heats up quickly, projects steam well, can be used at any angle without dripping, and seldom "spits". Use with the clip-on "soft cushion brush" to further reduce the chance of spitting to essentially zero.

I purchased this item in 2018. I was surprised that I had bought it so long ago because I had put it away after some use. I intern was using my iron board with my iron and a floor model steamer. Needless to say the store model steamer became a nuisance as the hose would bend and therefore the steam would not come out as appropriately. It also was too short to reach the items if they were hung up and of course they had many other issues with the stand staying up and down, etc. I ditched it. I was not going back to my ironing board and iron as I can be bothered with that either. I have to come across this steamer again in my closet and have been using it ever since and wondered what the hell was I thinking?! This thing is fantastic. It makes your clothes look brand new easily and quickly. I read the reviews saying there’s no steam coming out. Maybe if you push the button and locked it up the steam would come. I’ve had no problem with steaming on this machine. If you do not hold the button properly or if you do not push it to lock you won’t get steam. Either way I just wanted to say that I love this machine. I was looking for another one and then I came across these other machine and I said why am I buying a new one? That one I have is quite fine and still works so if you’re thinking about it think no more this is perfect.

Great little handheld steamer. Heats up fast and good steam output

Bought this in December 2023 it was great while it lasted. It heated up fast and really got my clothes wrinkle free. Im only giving it three stars because it lasted less than 2 years. I was hoping it could at least last for 5 given my minimal use. I use it on average maybe twice a week and a few more times during the holiday season. Definitely not enough use for it to die out on me already. Now I'm in the market for another not sure if I'll go with this brand again or not.

I bought this to replace a Shark brand steamer that is no longer in production so I couldn't get another. The Shark lasted about 8 years and I really liked it so I wanted something that could live up to it's performance. I was a little leery of this model because it is significantly smaller than my old Shark and I wasn't sure that the build quality and performance could be matched in such a small package. A perk of being smaller is that it's boiling chamber is a lot smaller so it heats up a lot faster. From plugging it in and turning it on, it's ready for steam in less than 60 seconds. There are a few things I don't like as much and a some that I prefer in this model. Things I like better: As already stated, it heats up very quickly. I like that there is a trigger lock to keep the steam going without holding the trigger down. Things I preferred in my older unit: Auto-off. This unit does go into a sort of sleep mode if left still for a period of time but my old unit would fully turn off and I preferred that. Built in water reservoir. This unit has a removable water reservoir and while that sounds convenient, it's very small and inconvenient to remove, open the stopper, hold the stopper out of the way while filling, replace the stopper, then re-insert the reservoir into the unit. I preferred pouring water directly into the unit. Heated "pressing bar" above the steam ports. This unit does have a metal plate where the steam ports are but you can't really use it to press with or you will get water streaks in your clothes. Things I don't like: The attachments. None of the attachments are very effective. They all seem very gimmicky and not very useful. I usually keep the brush attachment on just to prevent touching the steamer directly to the clothes to avoid getting them wet (I often use the steamer to refresh a shirt just before leaving the house). The power button. I prefer a power switch where I can see if it is turned on or off by looking at the position of the switch. This unit has a push-on, push-off style button that you can't tell it's position by looking at it. It does have lights to indicate if it's powered or not but I still prefer a rocker style switch. Overall, I like it but the jury is still out on the reliability/longevity. We'll have to wait and see.

Excelente producto, Funciona muy bien. Es muy fácil de usar ya cuando le agarras el truco, el deposito de agua alcanza para planchar 3 playeras seguidas o 2 pantalones de mezclilla. Recomiendo dejar que salga un poco de vapor antes de planchar la ropa, ya que a veces llega a soltar algunas gotas de agua. Lo malo es la jarra del agua, no tiene una medida exacta para dejar el deposito lleno, también recomiendo usar un embudo pequeño para llenar el deposito, ya que no lo puedes dejar parado y el sello aveces estorba al llenar.
