Q: I went to light this item and it is not working. It is still under a one year warranty. How do I get a replacement?

Could I get the number to the manufacturer please my cord has a short in it

Coin battery in the remote, Easy to use, CON:If it drops below about 19F it can cause the remote to seem like it is not working or has gone mad when in fact it's the cold killing the lasers ability to function correctly. The blue diode is slightly weaker than the red and the red is less powerful than the green. Each color can be turned on or off. but the green is very bright. I bought it for the Blue laser but like I said it has to be dark to enjoy it. It has three speeds plus pause; slow normal and somewhat fast. I had to unplug it once and bring it in to thaw it out as we hit -12F. Second CON: It needs more patterns it has a morphing set of about 5 shapes. Hope that helped, Have a great holiday.

Not familiar with the star shower model to make this comparison, but I believe I do get to choose what colors I want showing on my unit.

Q: can this be wired into low level outdoor lighting through a transformer? if not, do you sell a unit that does?

yes, but the lights itself needs 12VDC and 1-2A to power, you can use any AC-DC transformers to power it if you do not want to use the adapter which is included, we do not sell other DC transformers, you can look for standard along transformers from other vendors if you like, hope that helps, ledmall
