I'm always trying new and different probiotics. It was recommended to me to switch the up from time to time, so I'm always looking.I wasnt so sure about this one when I purchased it, it it seemed like a good buy and the price was amazing compared to wha I normally spend. I have to say...I really am impressed with this product.It has helped keep some of my digestive issues and other bodily "malfunctions" if you will, at bay. And it does it for a THIRD of the price as before.It doesn't say this stuff is required to be kept refrigerated, but I feel better continuing to do that with my probiotics.If you're a woman and are taking probiotics specific for your gender, I recommend these.

I'm not sure if this did anything. I'm giving it four stars because it didn't hurt anything and probably did do some good that I'm not aware of. The company has also offered me a free bottle (after I purchased the first one on my own) and I like that kind of customer service. My doctor recommended I take the bifidus bacteria strains and another one this product has. I had been taking Florajen with little success for my bloated belly.I do think this stuff may have helped with stomach pains and now that I haven't taken it for a couple months, they are coming back. So the timing of the free bottle is good. :)

I’m a fairly healthy eater who tries to stick to a low carb/low sugar diet. However, the last few months, I’ve started experience extreme bloating and gut pain (mostly in the morning). I tried altering my diet further, cutting certain veggies, and increasing my water intake. Nothing helped. I started researching bloating relief products and stumbled upon this one. I noticed results the NEXT MORNING after implementing one capsule with each meal. I have zero bloating issues now and it’s been 2 weeks. I will definitely order another bottle as soon as I’m out of this. A life and comfort saver!

These unfortunately made me sick to my stomach and it was after the return window was open that it happened. At first when taking these everyday I felt no difference. I thought my body was accepting them properly, then about a month in I started getting sick. I know probiotics can take about a month to start working but that's the risk I took ordering off of Amazon since their return window is so small. I was only taking one of these a day too and it effecting me all day. Too bad.

I purchased this product because I was tired of feeling bloated 90% of the time and was tired of having a gnawing feeling in my stomach every night. I'm almost finished my first bottle and I very rarely get the gnawing pain and I rarely have that uncomfortable bloated feeling. Just ordered my 2nd bottle and subscribed so it will come every other month! I'm so happy with the results. I've tried a few other probiotics but this one far exceeded my expectations. For the price of a 2 month supply, this is something I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I thought I would give this probiotic a try due to the bloating benefit but the taste and smell are horrendous. It’s really odd because I’ve taken plenty of probiotic in the past and have never had any type of smell or taste associated with it but this one is so strange. Not sure how great it is at bloating since I’ve only taken it for about a week but I’m hopeful.

If acidophilus doesn't work on you, you need Maxi Bifidus. Which they took off the market years ago, watered it down and inflated the price and it still didn't work. (like they did to everything else) This product has the most Bifidus I have found in probably 10 years. Stop wasting you money on $ 35.00 products for 30 pills, when you have to take 3 or 4 anyway. TRY THIS ONE!

I thought it was 1 pill a day and then when I got it said 3 a day.
