What size vase would be perfect?

You can use any size. My sister used a LARGE white vase with green foam inside and it looked perfect. You can also use a smaller one, 6 inch maybe or smaller cause you can always snip the ends.

What vases that goes with these flowers

I don't know I did not get a vase because I already had one. But I think that you can get any vase you like. To me I does not matter.

How is the height of the sweet potato vine?

They are not very high,maybe 2inches ment to be a hanging plant/vine
