This bag has far exceeded my expectations. From the packaging to the functionality, every element has exceeded my expectations. This is an incredibly well made bag - from the waterproofing on the zippers (when I take my son to the pool, everything stays perfectly dry) to the high quality hardware, everything is well thought out and well made. And the herringbone pattern adds just enough style to really catch peoples eye. I've received numerous compliments on the bag with people asking me where they can get one.While I initially thought that the bag seemed smaller than previous ones that I owned, having now used it for months -- I've come to appreciate the size as it isn't swinging around and hitting things, or flopping over because it doesn't have enough stuff in it.I'd highly recommend this bag to anyone!!

The gym bag is a good size for a short weekender trip. Things I like are the waterproof zippers and waterproof everything else. However, keep in mind that the shoe compartment has a meshed exterior to air out your shoes, but obviously means that exterior water may get your shoes wet. Solution would be to put your shoes in a plastic bag before you shove it into the show compartment. Also, worth mentioning is to consider using the separate shoe compartment for keeping dirty clothes separate from clean ones during you trip.I appreciate that they use metal clips instead of plastic ones for the shoulder strap attachments. More rugged than cheaper plastic ones you'll find on other bags of the same price point. While i'm at it, yes the price point was pretty reasonable, you get a lot of value for the price. The bag overall looks pretty tasteful, not in your face and the branding is subtle and actually looks pretty good if you ask me. The Dopp kit is nothing special, but a nice bonus. Potential suggestions for Homaste is maybe if they could've use YKK would make me feel a bit more confident, but the ones they have are probably fine. It would also be nice if they had a small zippered interior compartment that some other similar duffles have. But at this point I'm just really nitpicking and trying to find something to balance out the rest of the review.Summary- Waterproof zipper and exterior- metal clips for shoulder straps- vented shoe compartment- great value

This a great durable bag! I bought it as a recreational sport bag to take to "beer" league games. Turns out this bad boy will EASILY hold a 24pk with a couple of ziplocks for ice. Despite the excessive weight I place in this thing, it performed flawlessly. It's thick, durable and black fabric, also provides good insulation from the mid-day sun. My beer stayed cold ALL day! Overall GREAT product at an unbeatable price!The dopp kit was a nice bonus, but I haven't tried that out yet.The pockets are convenient, with ample of room for your valuables and smaller items. PLENTY of room in the shoe compartment for men's size 12 cleats. Nice and compact, so it carries VERY well with the shoulder strap; in fact it's quite comfortable.My ONLY suggestion is a better should strap pad, which is currently just a simple piece of plastic.

I've used this bag in the gym, on road trips, on flights and it has yet to fail me. One of my favorite products right now!

Great gym bag......the size is perfect for all your things that are needed for a great workout ..!!! Spent a lot of time looking at cheap gym bags on Amazon and decided to spend the extra $$$ to get a bag that will last...not disappointed..!!!!

Similar to larger models, sold under various names. Great price, light weight, roll shape fits the back when slung over a shoulder messenger-style. Separate, ventilated compartment for shoes or sweaty gym wear.

It would of been the perfect bag for me if it would of been the size of the picture...It just was was to small for me...like it looked perfect for a kid!..the quality was tough though!

Cool bag, smaller then expected, small pocket tore very quickly, very hard if not impossible to repair. the weather proofing around the zipper is already falling apart as well... Definitely way over priced for the quality. looks cool though
